Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cancels your subscription right away — no further renewals will be charged — and removes your login credentials (e-mail address), your restaurant profile (name, feedback-form questions and settings), your Terms-acceptance and subscription-status records, and all customer feedback you have received. Your QR code stops working. Deleting your account does not refund the current subscription period, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you can no longer access the app, send a deletion request from the e-mail address of your account to support@judgy.us with the subject “Delete my account”. The account and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days, and you will receive a confirmation.
Invoices, payment records and related tax and anti-fraud records held by Stripe, our payment processor — together with the minimal accounting records we are legally required to keep — are retained for the periods required by tax, accounting and anti-fraud law. Nothing else is kept. Customer feedback is anonymous, so no additional data about customers exists. See our privacy policy for details.
